The Board of Directors of Vietnam Property Fund Limited (the "Fund") wishes to announce that ATC Trustees (Cayman) Limited, its Registered Office, informed the Fund today that it has changed the P.O. Box for the Fund, effective 11(th) June 2012, and therefore has changed the Registered Office of the Fund to Clifton House, 75 Fort Street, P.O. Box 1350, Grand Cayman KY1-1108, Cayman Islands.
