The Company has received notification, on 16 February 2001, from M&G
Investment Management Limited that, as at the above date, Prudential plc, and
certain of its subsidiary companies, had a notifiable interest in 3,300,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (7.14 per cent.).
