Universe, which develops and supplies leading payment and on-line loyalty systems, was today notified that Brookwell Limited (to whom Progressive AIM Realisation Limited acts as investment manager) remains interested in 12,200,100 ordinary shares of the Company which, subsequent to the issue of new ordinary shares by the Company (as announced on 24 July 2012), represents 6.51% of the Company's issued share capital.
