Dividend - Correction of Record Date

The  recommended final dividend of 2.45p per share, subject
to approval at the Annual General Meeting, is payable on  6
October  1997 to shareholders on the register at the  close
of business on 5 September 1997 and not 9 September 1997 as
stated in the announcement released earlier today.
