                                Issue of Equity



The Directors of TP70 2008 (I) VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company
has applied for the sixth allotment of 3,940,188 Ordinary Shares allotted on 3
April 2008 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 14 December 2007, being
3,940,188 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of �1 per share to be admitted
to the Official List.



As a consequence of the sixth allotment, a total of 14,988,877 Ordinary Shares
have now been issued under the offer.



Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on 10 April 2008.
