The  board  of  1pm  plc, the AIM listed independent provider of  asset  finance
facilities to the smaller business community, is pleased to announce that it has
secured  an  additional �500,000 of banking facilities from two of its  existing
lenders.   The increase in banking facilities confirms 1pm's growing  reputation
within the small ticket leasing market.

1pm  is  enjoying strong demand from smaller businesses whilst at the same  time
maintaining  a low bad debt ratio (below 3 per cent.) due to the application  of
strict credit criteria and a definitive approval process.
