                              Additional Listings


Application has been made for 14,719,520 ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange.


The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of placing
warrants (14,456,409) and B warrants (263,111) both of which were issued at the
time of the Company's flotation in February 2005. These shares rank pari passu
with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to
commence on 12 May 2006.
