                 TIMESTRIP Plc ("Timestrip" or the "Company")                  

                         ISSUE OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES                          

Further to having received requests to exercise a total of 624,999 Placing
Warrants, Timestrip announces that the Company will issue 624,999 new Ordinary
Shares of 0.02p each, (the "Shares").

The Shares will rank, pari passu, with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue
and application will be made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
