10 Group plc announces that City Equities Ltd, which recently announced it
held 43,735,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.77 per cent of
the company's Enlarged Issued Share Capital, has sold 29,835,000 to a number
of private clients.


At the close of business on April 18, 2001, City Equities Ltd held 13,900,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 1.51 per cent of the Enlarged Issued Share
Capital, and as a result of these sales, City Equities Ltd no longer has a
notifiable interest in the share capital of 10 Group plc.
