10 Group plc has announced that chief executive Paul Harvey has resigned his
post to take up a similar role at 7 Group plc.

Andy Moore, who is chairman of 10 Group plc, will assume the role of chief
executive as well.

10 Group plc is an AIM-listed multi-media and internet group which specialises
in bringing traditional design and publishing skills together with cutting edge
internet technology to provide information and entertainment, accessible at all
levels.

Andy Moore said: "10 Group has invested considerable time and money in 7 Group
and both Paul and I have advised 7 Group on its change of name from Bon Appetit
Direct.com and helped the company formulate its new strategy.  We believe the
time is right to split our roles and each concentrate on developing 10 Group and
7 Group respectively.

"This will give each company the focus and resource it needs to develop
according to plan."
