The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 2.30 p.m. on Thursday
14 June 2007 at the offices of Lawrence Graham LLP, 4 More London, Riverside,
London SE1 2AU. Formal notice of the meeting, together with the annual report
and financial statements for the year ending 30 September 2006 will be posted to
registered shareholders on or before Tuesday 22 May 2007, giving the requisite
notice period of 21 days.
