The Company received notification today that Philips & Drew Fund Management
Limited and Philips & Drew Life Limited have an interest of 10,501,987
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, representing 10.73 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.

Philips & Drew Fund Management Limited and Philips & Drew Life Limited are
subsidiaries of UBS UK Holding Limited which is also treated as having an
interest in the above shares.
