Stewart & Wight ("the company") announce a clarification to the recent announcement on 9 June 2016 in respect of the record date of the final dividend.

The company confirms that the Board has decided to recommend a final dividend of 14p per ordinary share payable on 19 October 2016 to holders registered at the close of business on 23 September 2016.

In the announcement of 9 June 2016 note 7 to the accounts gave the incorrect record date for the final dividend.
