announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will take place 
on Wednesday, 20 May 2009 at 10:00 (CET) at Sophienstrasse 5 in 51149 Cologne, 
Federal Republic of Germany. 
 
 
The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the associated form of proxy has been 
posted to shareholders. The Company's 2008 Annual Report, the Notice and related
