SQS Contract Wins

SQS Software Quality Systems AG (AIM:SQS.L), the global leader in independent software testing and quality management services, is
pleased to announce new contract wins with leading international law firm, Allen & Overy, and the Swedish port authority, Port of Gborg.

Under the terms of the contract with Allen & Overy, SQS will provide a blend of onshore and offshore testing services over a period of 3
years.

The increasing number of long-term contracts - now 24 in total - demonstrates the attractiveness of the cost-savings inherent in
off-shoring all or part of an organisations software testing operations. SQS is now the leading provider of off-shore services within the
independent software testing industry and recent contract wins are a justification of the Company's off-shore focused strategy.

SQS has also signed a contract with Port of Gborg, the port authority within Gothenburg, Sweden, to provide a software testing solution
for its mission critical logistics applications. The contract is one in a series of wins among clients within the logistics sector and port
authorities across Europe. It is also a positive endorsement of the recent acquisition of Validate, which was instrumental in the contract
win, and reflects Validate's enhanced capabilities and market position as part of SQS.

Both the above contracts are within non-traditional vertical markets for SQS, in keeping with the Company's strategy of expanding the
diversity of sectors into which it sells its offerings. The testing and quality management services provided by SQS are industry independent
and these contract wins illustrate the Company's healthy presence across a wide variety of markets.
