Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Somero Enterprises, Inc., the North American
manufacturer of patented, Laser Screed® equipment that automates
the process of spreading and leveling volumes of concrete for
commercial flooring and other horizontal surfaces, is pleased to
announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and
Accounts for the Financial Year ending 31 December 2023 ("Annual
Report") was posted to shareholders along with the Notice of
Somero's Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2024. The Annual Report
is viewable on the Company's website at https://investors.somero.com/.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be
held at 9:00 a.m. local time on 18 June 2024, at 14530 Global
Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida 33913 USA and via webcast.
Anyone wishing to participate via webcast can register to do so via
instructions to be found no later than 29 May 2024 on the Company's
website at https://investors.somero.com/.
