A circular to shareholders is being posted today to convene an extraordinary
general meeting of the Company for 9.00 a.m. on Friday 28 November 2003 to seek
approval for the adoption of a new executive long-term incentive plan.

Copies of the circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will
