    Rusina Mining NL (ASX:RML, AIM:RMLA) announces that the Company's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Robert Gregory, on
17 October 2008, acquired 26,735 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of AUD0.06 per share and for a total consideration of
AUD1,604.10.  

    Subsequently Mr Robert Gregory now holds 3,425,327 ordinary shares in Rusina representing 1.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
