    Rusina announces that the Company was informed on 18 July 2008 that on 16 July 2008 Mr Robert Gregory, CEO and Managing Director,
acquired 27,327 ordinary shares and accordingly now holds 112,327 ordinary shares in Rusina representing 0.046% of the Company's issued
share capital. Mr. Gregory also holds 3,000,000 23 August 2008 options exercisable at 16.4 cents.
