TORONTO - December 9, 2008 - Redknee Solutions Inc. ("Redknee") (TSX:RKN, AIM: RKN), a leading provider of mission-critical software and
solutions for communications service providers, today announced the following Dealings Announcement.

The Company was informed on 8 December, 2008 that on that date James Pelot, Non-Executive Director of Redknee, purchased 15,000 Common
Shares in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of C$0.275 per Common Share.

Following the share purchases, James Pelot holds 27,500 Common Shares of Redknee.

The issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement is 59,210,271 Common Shares.
