The Company announces that the audited results for the year to 31 January 1999
should be ready for publication in early May 1999.

In the second six months of that financial year the company continued the task
of placing the company's business on a stable footing and of reviewing costs.
However the benefits of this exercise will take time to be realised and it is
expected that in the second half there will again be a pre tax loss.
