Reflex announces the co-option of Ms Gillian Waddell as a non-executive director
of the Company with immediate effect.

Gillian Waddell is managing director of Fuel PR ("Fuel"). Fuel is an independent
public relations consultancy with international experience of brand-building,
reputation, issues and crisis management and corporate communications for some
of the world's highest profile brands, blue chip companies, governments and
NGOs.

Ms Waddell has worked in communications for almost twenty years. Prior to
launching Fuel in 2001, she was one of two founding directors of Lyons Waddell.
Lyons Waddell grew over a 14 year period to become one of the UK's most
successful independent public relations consultancies, and was sold in June 2000
to Charles Barker BSMG Worldwide, now Webber Shandwick. Prior to this, Ms
Waddell worked for Burson-Marsteller, one of the world's largest public
relations consultancies.
