                              Dividend Declaration
                                        
Robinson, the custom manufacturer of paperboard and plastic packaging, announces
its second interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2004.

The board of Robinson has approved a second interim dividend of 1p per share in
respect of the year ended 31 December 2004. This dividend is payable on 6 April
2005 to shareholders registered on 4 March 2005. The ex-dividend date is 2 March
2005.

When added to the interim dividend of 1p per share that was paid to shareholders
on 4 October 2004, this represents a total dividend of 2p to date for the year
ended 31 December 2004. Any final dividend will be proposed to shareholders at
the AGM which is currently planned for 5 May 2005.

The Company plans to release its final results for the year ended 31 December
2004 on 29 March 2005.
