I've tracked RS's for almost five years in an Ihub monitor. 99.9% of them go SOUTH and in a hurry,the AS is rarely dropped by the same amount as the RS and the DUMPING begins all over again.

There is no reason for an RS other than a load of fresh shares to DUMP.
