Appointment of Broker and New Financing Facility

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia products today announces the appointment of Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited as the Company's joint broker with immediate effect.

The Company also announces that it has entered into a Revolving Facility Agreement with Macquarie Bank Limited (London Branch) structured to support the Group's anticipated growth in sales. Initial drawdown of the facility is expected to commence in the autumn 2013.
