January Loan Services Limited ("JLSL") Exit Agreement

Promethean Plc (the "Company") today announces that an exit agreement has been reached with portfolio company JLSL.

The JLSL management have agreed an option to purchase Promethean Investments Fund LP's holding of 30% of JLSL for GBP625,000 in cash (an Enterprise Value of GBP2.08 million).

The Company would expect the option to be exercised before the backstop date of December 2013 which would crystallise the exit.
