                                Issue of Equity



Personal Screening PlC ("the Company") is pleased to announce that, on 31 August 
2007, the Company completed a placing of 50,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p 
at a price of 0.2p per share, to raise #100,000 gross, #95,000 net. 

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and 
dealing is expected to commence on 7th September 2007.

In addition, a commitment has been given by First Colonial Investments LLP to 
subscribe or procure subscribers for a further 61,905,047 new ordinary shares, 
at an average price of 0.32p per share, by 7 September 2007.  A further 
announcement will be made when these further shares have been placed.The 
proceeds from the placing will be used as added working capital for the Company.


The total number shares in issue following the placing of the 50,000,000 new 
shares mentioned above is 228,633,198 shares.

Following the placing, the following shareholdings represent more than 3 per 
cent of the current enlarged issued share capital:
       
 Nicholas Greenstone            14,999,999 shares (6.56%)
