On 26 September 2017, Alastair Clayton, Executive Director of the Company, acquired 9,000,000 Primorus ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 0.224 pence per share, representing 0.39% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the acquisition, Mr Clayton now holds an interest in 62,000,000 Primorus ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.70% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
