PC Medics Group Plc, the AIM-quoted contract IT services company, which
provides pay-as-you-go and remote support packages, has today issued
13,800,000 New Ordinary Shares of 0.25p each at 1.25p per New Ordinary Share
("the Placing").  The proceeds of the Placing will be used for additional
working capital to facilitate the further expansion of the business.


It is expected that admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM
will become effective on 19 November 2001 and it is intended that definitive
share certificates for the New Ordinary Shares will be despatched (where
appropriate) by 26 November 2001.
