They used the ATM after quarter close but before earnings call so they quoted cash runway "as of 2/26" but the share count increase not reflected year-end filing.

Million bucks a year is not that egregious? Maybe for one that was making money , maybe for one that was returning profits on investment. Not for one who won't address shareholders and is not making money and diluting shareholders investments to nothing.

DIN - there were some positives from the conf call - y/y increased adj FCF and remodeling initiatives that should spur sales.

I think they need to do a RS soon. Super important to stay listed on big board to secure financing.

I think a little different. Once I do my DD's and feel it warrants to buy in then I buy the chit out of it and sit on it until a sunny day comes along for my rewards lol...I don't flip at all. Not my style and I don't have the patience for it. 90% of the time slap the ASK to help out the stock.
