                              Holding in Company


The Company was informed on 6 March 2001 by Baring Private Equity Partners
that the Palatine Fund sold 1,698,671 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company (representing 7.96 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital) on
29 January 2001. As a result of this disposal the Palatine Fund no longer has
a shareholding in the Company.
