Pall Corporation Names John Adamovich, Jr. Chief Financial Officer
 
    EAST HILLS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 1997--John Adamovich,
Jr. has been named Group Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial
Officer of Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) according to an announcement
made today by Eric Krasnoff, Pall's Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer. The appointment is effective January 5, 1998.
    Mr. Adamovich, 44, is partner-in-charge of Professional Practice
in the Long Island office of KPMG Peat Marwick. His extensive
experience includes stints as engagement partner for the audit of many
large international companies. He will report to Pall's President,
Jeremy Hayward-Surry.
    In making this announcement, Mr. Krasnoff said, "John Adamovich is
a great addition to the Pall management team. His unique combination
of international financial experience and expertise in US public
accounting will serve Pall Corporation well."
