PALL CORPORATION DECLARES INCREASE IN QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

East Hills, NY (01/19/2000) - - The Board of Directors of Pall Corporation
(NYSE: PLL) has declared a regular quarterly dividend at an increased rate of 16
1/2 cents per share, payable on February 15, 2000 to shareholders of record as
of February 1, 2000. The new rate is a 3.1% increase over the previous rate of
16 cents per share.
