                         APPOINTMENT OF TONY CAPORICCI

New Media Lottery Services Plc, the AIM traded supplier and operator of lottery
systems and games for government sanctioned lottery programs and charities,
announces that Tony Caporicci has been hired to lead its Terminal Based Products
Division. He will start in his new position on 1 November 2006.

Tony Caporicci has been a consultant to NMLS for the last few months as an
adviser to the Executive Management Team. His position will involve the
development of technology for Terminal Based Products such as Interactive
Lottery Terminals, Self Service Machines and related devices for NMLS.

Mr. Caporicci is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada and has previously been employed
by NetBooth Corporation in Las Vegas as the President. He has over 20 years of
experience in hardware and software. Mr. Caporicci has patents filed in
technology related to entertainment and hospitality and has developed some of
the new kiosk technology that is used everyday in some of the largest casinos in
the world.

Mr. Caporicci has written several articles for Casino Enterprise Management, a
leading trade publication targeted to Casino Executives and the casino industry
on kiosks in casinos and technology applicable to the gaming business, and has
been featured as one of the Top Ten Intel Road Warrior Entrepreneurs published
in Entrepreneur magazine.

Randy Brownell, Chief Operating Officer of NMLS, said: "This appointment serves
