    Transaction in own bonds

    Following the announcements made on December 19, 23, 24 and 30, 2008; Nanette announces that it has purchased an additional tranche of
its own bonds on the  Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, of par value of NIS 1,078,800 (Euro 204 thousand) for the total consideration of NIS 319
thousand (Euro 60 thousand).

    In the last month, Nanette has purchased bonds with a total par value of NIS 62.3 million (Euro 12.3 million) for the total
consideration of NIS 24.6 million (Euro 4.6 million)

    This purchase further illustrates Nanette's financial strength as a group. In the current global economic crisis, this is in itself a
considerable achievement and is testament to Nanette's strong operating model and proactive financial management.

    The transaction will provide an additional profit at Group level that will be reflected in the next preliminary results.
