MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 88,538,724 shares, with a nominal value of NIS 0.01 each and one voting right per share (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 325,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 88,213,724.

The figure of 88,213,724 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.

As Motorola's global prime-distributor Mottech serves its customers worldwide through its international subsidiaries and a global network of local distributors and representatives. With over 25 years of experience in providing customers with irrigation remote control and management, Mottech's solutions ensure constant, reliable and accurate water usage, increase crops quality and yield while reducing operational and maintenance costs providing fast ROI while helping sustain the environment.
