The Company announces that it has been informed that Simon Peckham, Chief Executive Officer, today sold 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 160/7 pence in the Company (the "Shares") of which we had an interest in at an average price of 524.5169 pence per Share. The Shares were sold as a result of a change in Mr Peckham's personal circumstances and following this transaction he has no current intention to sell any further Shares.

Following this transaction, Mr Peckham now holds an interest of 2,023,965 Shares, representing approximately 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
