EXTENSION OF CONVENING PERIOD FOR SECOND MEETING OF CREDITORS


On 26 September 2008 the Administrators, Ian Richard Hall and David
Laurence McEvoy made an application to the Supreme Court of
Queensland pursuant to section 439A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001
(Cth), for an extension of the convening period for the second
meeting of creditors.

The application was successful with the court granting an extension
to the convening period of up to fifty five business days. The second
meeting of creditors will now be required to be held on or before the
19 December 2008.

Shareholders are asked to continue to monitor ASX releases for
further updates.
