Result of
AGM
MOH Nippon Plc (LSE: MOH), a
crowdfunding services provider for real estate investment in
Japan, announces that at the annual general
meeting ("AGM") of the Company, held earlier today, all of the
resolutions were duly passed except for resolution four, which, as
announced by the Company on 11 October 2024, was not
proposed.
