                          Directors/PDMR shareholdings


The Company was notified on 5 April 2007 that, on the same day, Peter Strom, a
director of the Company, was granted, for nil consideration, 20,000 options over
common shares in the Company ("Common Shares") at an exercise price of C$11.00
per Common Share. Following this grant Peter Strom has a resultant beneficial
interest in 269,166 options over Common Shares. He also has a beneficial
interest of 9,050 Common Shares, which represents approximately 0.054 % of the
current issued share capital.
