The Company was notified on 5 January, 2007 that, on the same day, Ian McLaren,
a director of the Company, exercised 1,400 options over common shares in the
Company ("Common Shares") at an exercise price of C$17.50 per Common Share.
Following this disposal Ian McLaren has a resultant beneficial interest in
12,400 options over Common Shares, which represents approximately 0.07 % of the
current issued share capital.
