The Company announces the issue of 604,545 ordinary shares in lieu of
professional advisory fees at a price of 5.5 pence per share, the prevailing
market price at the time the fee arrangements were agreed.
It is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares, which rank pari
passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, will
become effective and trading will commence on AIM on 7 February 2000.
