Medi@Invest PLC ("the Company")

Further to the successful fund raising completed by the Company last week and
the announcement regarding the Company's immediate plans made yesterday,
Medi@Invest PLC, the media and internet investment company, is delighted to
announce its first use of the funds raised.  

The Company has agreed to provide, on a commercial basis, an initial debt
facility of #250,000 to KZN Media Limited, an internet service provider, which
will shortly launch a secure website aimed at 5 to 12 year old children.
