                      Appointment of new executive directors



The Company is pleased to announce that Karl Vincent Pykerman, aged 40 and 
Daniel Michael Reardon, aged 34 have been appointed to the Board of Directors 
of the Company as executive directors with immediate effect.

Dan Reardon is currently the Client Services Director responsible for the 
Company's Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA) business. He has a track 
record in growing, sustaining and developing businesses, including most 
recently at Data Locator Group. Previously he was sales manager at the Glasgow 
operations of Esure where he had responsibility for the launch of Esure Home.

Karl Pykerman is currently Managing Director responsible for the Company's 
debt management business. He has over 10 years experience as a project 
management consultant and operations director within research and development, 
direct marketing and the financial services sectors. Most recently, he held 
senior appointments at Data Locator Group and prior to that as a consultant to 
GlaxoSmithKline.

Commenting on the appointments Simon Johnson, Executive Chairman, said:
"We are delighted that Dan and Karl are joining the Board. Both have an 
in depth understanding of our operations and in dealing with the challenges 
in fast growing businesses, consistently delivering impressive results. 
Dan and Karl will be a valuable asset to the Group as we expand our capability 
and market.

The instability which is continuing in the credit markets is reducing the 
availability of secured and unsecured finance to consumers.  The unwillingness 
of lenders to continue to offer products such as re-mortgages and debt 
consolidations loans means that re-financing is no longer an option for many
individuals facing debt problems. As a consequence, leads into our business 
are increasing and we foresee further growth in demand for our debt solutions.  
Our debt management business which provides simple low-cost informal insolvency 
solutions, is likely to see particularly significant growth."

the appointments under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
