MANO RIVER RESOURCES INC - SHARES FOR DEBT ADMITTED TO TRADING ON AIM

London Stock Exchange - AIM (Trading Symbol: MANA)

The Board of Mano River Resources Inc has issued 1,111,636 new common shares
at a price of GB#0.12 per share in settlement of debt to a number of parties
in Canada, the United Kingdom and South Africa.

Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
with effect from 6 April 2000.

As a result of this share issue, the following information is required to be
disclosed in accordance with Rule 16.17 of the AIM Rules:
