Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Copies of Mallett's 2007 Annual Report and Accounts have been submitted to the
FSA and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing
Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonade, Canary Wharf, London E14
5HS.

The Annual General Meeting of Mallett is to be held at Mallett's registered
office at 141 New Bond Street, London W1S 2BS on 3 June 2008 at 10.30am. Copies
of the 2007 Annual Report (which incorporates the Notice of Annual General
Meeting and Form of Proxy) have been despatched to shareholders.

The 2007 Annual Report & Accounts are also available on the Company's website at
