VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,
London Security PLC notifies the market of the following:


London Security PLC's capital consists of 12,303,198 ordinary shares with a
nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights. London Security PLC does not
hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in London Security PLC is
12,303,198.


The figure of 12,303,198 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, London Security PLC under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
