LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that at its annual general meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, shareholders passed on a show of hands ordinary resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9. Resolutions 7 and 8, by way of a poll, were not passed.

The Company has commenced engagement with a significant shareholder in order to understand the reasons for his vote against, and to address his concerns.
