                        Appointment of Finance Director


Leisure & Gaming plc is pleased to announce that Josh Joshi (38) has joined the
Board as Finance Director, effective immediately.

Josh joins Leisure & Gaming from TeleCity plc, a pan-European datacentre and
managed services business where he was Group Finance Director from 2003.  In
this role, Josh oversaw all finance functions, company secretarial and
administration functions, group HR and investor relations.  During this time,
Josh was instrumental in the financial turnaround of TeleCity, securing debt
facilities and a successful share placing.  He played a key role in overseeing
the #60m deal to take TeleCity private backed by 3i and Oak Hill Capital in
September 2005.

Prior to this, Josh was Chief Financial Officer at Storm Telecommunications
Limited, an international voice and data business he co-founded in 1998.  Josh
was also involved in overseeing the M&A, strategic and financial planning
function. In 2002, the Storm voice business was sold and the remaining data
businesses placed into liquidation.

Josh is a chartered accountant and prior to Storm worked in practice for eight
years, predominantly with Andersens.  Josh holds a BEng in Civil Engineering
gained at Imperial College, University of London.

There is nothing further to disclose in relation to the appointment of Josh
Joshi under schedule two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
