The Company announces that 50,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("New
Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted upon the exercise of share
options granted to Corporate Synergy Limited.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM.


Following the exercise of these options, the Company has 30,554,829 ordinary
shares of 25 pence each in issue.
